Stefanie Pauly is Jettainer’s new CITO

Jettainer announced this week that it has appointed Stefanie Pauly as Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO), as it drives its digital strategy forward. The role, which has been newly created, emphasizes the ULD management company’s commitment to innovation, digitalization, and technology, to enhance its services and solidify its position as a global market leader.
With over ten years of experience in IT project management and process optimization within the air cargo industry, Pauly will lead Jettainer’s innovation strategy. Collaborating with the IT team, she will focus on developing customer-centric software solutions and refining processes to improve service quality.
Pauly joins Jettainer from Lufthansa Cargo, where she served as Head of Fulfillment Framework, having held several different roles prior, since joining the cargo airline in 2013. She has managed projects related to digitalization, process optimization, and innovation. Her achievements include leading the ‘Airmail IT’ project as Senior Manager Supply Chain Optimization and Strategy, spearheading the digitalization of global handling processes, and implementing new production planning software at the Frankfurt hub as Senior IT Project Manager.
