Astral Aviation expands global reach with new GSAs

Kenyan cargo airline, Astral Aviation has appointed Network Aviation Group and HIT Cargo Asia as its General Sales Agents (GSAs) for key markets, with effect FEB25. Network Aviation Group will represent Astral in Europe and the United States, while HIT Cargo Asia will serve as the GSA for mainland China. These appointments aim to expand Astral Aviation’s presence and service capabilities in these regions. Network Aviation Group’s established network in Europe and the USA is expected to strengthen Astral’s cargo operations and customer engagement. The GSA and the airline have previously worked together. Their last collaboration ended on 31DEC22. This time round, it is tasked with providing forwarders with customized cargo solutions and seamless access the airline’s African network.

HIT Cargo Asia will provide market knowledge and operational expertise in mainland China, which is a rapidly growing cargo market for Astral and the industry. Astral hopes for efficient and reliable service delivery to customers in China, through HIT Cargo Asia’s representation.
