Good partnerships deserve to keep growing, as Trinity Airways and Jettainer prove. The carrier, formerly known as T’way Air, recently renewed its ULD management agreement with Jettainer, and the two companies are now gearing up to bring IoT tracking to the airline’s entire fleet of unit load devices. This will give Trinity Airways live information on where its ULDs are and how they are being used, opening the door to even greater transparency, smoother handling and sharper efficiency. The carrier first selected Jettainer back in 2022 to create and manage its ULD fleet. Jettainer supported and grew that fleet as the airline expanded its network and its requirements evolved. Along the way, Trinity Airways made a smart call that continues to pay off: choosing only lightweight ULDs. Less weight on board means lower fuel consumption and leaner, more efficient flights.

With a proven track record behind them and cutting-edge technology ahead, the two partners are well positioned to support Trinity Airways’ continued growth and to meet whatever the future of ULD management demands. “The next milestone in the partnership will be the introduction of latest IoT technology. The implementation is expected to further increase transparency and enable even more efficient ULD fleet management, strengthening the digital foundation of Trinity Airways’ operations,” the release states.
Taesoo Kim, Chief Manager/Cargo Transportation at Trinity Airways, explained: “Jettainer has been a trusted and highly committed partner from day one. The team’s responsiveness, expertise and consistent operational support have been instrumental in developing our ULD operations. As we continue to grow, we are confident that Jettainer is the right partner by our side and look forward to building on our successful collaboration in the years ahead.”
Thorsten Riekert, Chief Sales Officer at Jettainer, added: “Since the start of our partnership in 2022, it has been a pleasure to support Trinity Airways on its growth journey and help meet its evolving ULD requirements. The contract extension is a strong vote of confidence in our services and, above all, a recognition of the dedication and expertise of our operational teams. We are proud of what we have achieved together so far and excited to take the next step with the introduction of IoT technology, supporting Trinity Airways as it continues to grow.”
