… And Hainan Airlines (HNA)’s HNA Cargo makes three. Freightos reports that its WebCargo platform now offers the cargo capacities of three of China’s four largest air cargo carriers. The other two being China Southern and China Eastern. Thus, forwarders using Freightos have access to a wide range of capacity on key routes between Europe and Asia. Not just capacity, but also digital payment transactions are possible on the platform with HNA Cargo. The latest airline addition also means that WebCargo now works with airlines that together represent 65% of global capacity. HNA Cargo boasts a fleet of 600 aircraft across 11 airlines, that operate over 2,000 routes and serve more than 300 international cities. The WebCargo capacity roll-out will start in the main North Asian and Southeast Asian Markets such as Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand.
