“JettwareNG gives ULD management a boost,” Jettainer’s press release says, selling the version, which was launched on 11MAR25, as the next generation of its cloud-based IT solution. Developed in-house, the new version delivers smoother ULD management through a more user-friendly layout of processes including a redesigned interface offering real-time overviews of airline loading devices. This innovation apparently enables faster development of customer-specific features and streamlines workflows. With JettwareNG, users can see where all ULDs in the network are and how they have been travelling through the system. New APIs allow seamless and flexible integration into existing IT systems. A single dashboard gives customers a complete overview of their key performance indicators so that they can monitor their loading equipment around the clock.
One major feature with this version, is its mobile web application, JettApp. JettApp can be accessed via any browser, which not only eliminates the need for installation on the user’s mobile device but also reduces IT administration for both customers and Jettainer. The company is also working on future updates to optimize processes further, enhance tracking capabilities, and introduce faster reporting features. To align development with customer needs, Jettainer plans to establish a user forum for feedback and discussions on service improvements.
