ECS Group and Global GSA Group held their first Impact Week last month. During 16-20JUN25, employees were encouraged to participate in activities that support the concept of social responsibility. The result? “At ECS Group and Global GSA Group, every action counts. Together, real impact is made,” as the press release concluded. All across the ECS Group and Global GSA Group networks, colleagues came together to put social responsibility into action in a multitude of ways. The release says: “Several hundreds of employees joined forces for a series of high-impact initiatives such as turtle conservation and beach clean-ups in Malaysia, food, clothing and toy drives in France, food collection campaigns in Spain, the Netherlands and Italy, and support for families in need in Turkey and Canada. Each action – big or small – was driven by the creativity, energy, and commitment of the teams, proving that social impact is both a collective and personal responsibility.”
Whether it was raising awareness for biodiversity protection, or hands-on aid for people in need, the first Impact Week left many positive impressions and showed what can be achieved when people come together for the common good. The press release emphasizes that this was not a one-off event. No only will the Impact Week be an annual event that will be “shaped by the ideas and needs of teams worldwide. The objective: transform every local initiative into a global wave of positive change”, but the current momentum did not stop with the 20JUN25. “Impact Week marks only the beginning. New initiatives are already planned for July, including a visit to a girls’ foundation in Mexico and support for an orphanage in Vietnam. In July, all actions carried out during Impact Week will be highlighted and shared internally, allowing employees to discover, celebrate, and draw inspiration from the collective impact achieved. These achievements will also be amplified on social media, providing a powerful example of positive action.”
Jean Ceccaldi, CEO of ECS Group, concluded: “What strikes me most is the energy our teams have unleashed, their ability to turn ideas into real-world impact across continents. Impact Week embodies our ambition: to combine professional excellence with social commitment.”
Aytekin Saray, CEO of Global GSA Group, summarized: “Our people took ownership, created new synergies, and pushed the boundaries of our charity program. This collective drive is our greatest strength.” Laurence Sauphanor, Chief Sustainable Officer of ECS Group and Global GSA Group, stated: “As a group, we are putting a great deal in place to drive positive change, but what truly makes the difference is feeling the motivation and mobilization of our teams. Their enthusiasm and commitment are the real engine behind our sustainability journey. It’s inspiring to see how everyone is eager to contribute and take action together.”
