ULD management and repair company, Unilode Aviation Solutions, has renewed its full ULD management agreement with Canada’s leisure airline, Air Transat, again extending a partnership that began in 2003. The airline’s network includes destinations across Europe, the Caribbean, the Americas, and North Africa, and it is one of Unilode’s longest-standing airline partners. Throughout the past two decades, Unilode’s flexible ULD management solution has supported the carrier’s evolving operations and network. Unilode will continue to supply, manage, position, repair, and digitalize Air Transat’s ULD fleet across its own global network. “The renewal reinforces Unilode’s commitment to building long-term partnerships that evolve with its customers. Through the scale of its global pooling network, digital capabilities, and worldwide MRO footprint, Unilode continues to help airline partners optimize their ULD operations while providing the flexibility and resilience required to support future growth,” the press release declares.

Janis Balkens, Chief Operations Officer, Unilode Aviation Solutions, illustrated: “Air Transat is one of Unilode’s longest-standing partners, and we are incredibly proud to continue a relationship that has now spanned more than two decades. This renewal is about much more than extending a contract. It reflects the trust, collaboration, and strong partnership our two organizations have built by growing together over many years. We are extremely proud that Air Transat continues to place its trust in our people and our solutions, and we look forward to continuing to grow together for many years to come.”

Sergio Matos, Vice-President, Airport Operations, Air Transat, commented: “Our partnership with Unilode has developed and strengthened over more than two decades, supporting our operation as our business has evolved. The longevity of our relationship is a testament to the strong collaboration between our teams, and we are pleased to renew our partnership as we continue to grow together.”
